I am very athletic. The training at CrossFit Classic is high intensity + an encouraging and friendly environment. It’s in a gymnastics atmosphere, rings, parallel bars, high bars, pads, tumbling floor, weights, kettlebells… It feels like Dan tailored the experience to make me feel stronger even before I worked out. -Julia G.
