Monday thru Saturday 9:00-10:00 AM. Full-on, full tilt strength training for all adults.
Monday, Tuesday, Friday 10:00-11:00 AM. Special women-only flexibility and strength training.
Monday, Wednesday 5:30-6:15 PM. Kids sports defender class. (Injury proof your kid).**
Monday, Wednesday 6:30-7:30 PM. Full on beginner strength training.
We are also collecting names for a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class. It may be on Monday and Wednesday evenings… TBD. Call us at the gym and sign up soon.
We are training at A+ Athletics in Centennial. Anyone interested in Jiu-Jitsu, Boxing, Self-Defense should call me about those programs running outside of the CrossFit program.
**The kids program is a strength training program using CrossFit exercises -gymnastics, bodyweight, running, plyometrics, etc. This is mandatory for all kids in the growth cycle.
