			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>You come to the gym totally apprehensive about the &#8220;workout&#8221; and the trainer. You know that situation. Or maybe you don&#8217;t think much of the whole event. After all, the trainer/coach is just a person with some knowledge about working out. Correct? So what is the big deal?</p>
<p>You, the client, are the big deal. It&#8217;s about you, your workout, your skills, your heart rate, your conditioning&#8230; We&#8217;re the student in this situation. My belief.</p>
<p>Do we study? I do. I am constantly reading about human physiology, the concepts of movement, how to make an effective workout scenario and how to maximize the time I spend with athletes so they get the most out of each CrossFit work session. This is tough work really. And it doesn&#8217;t make much practical sense until I train. Then and only then does the picture of athletic training gain a dimension that makes it real -for me.</p>
<p>When you come to the gym ask yourself not why am I here, but who am I here with. Ask and watch. Even the most unlikely of candidates can learn the skills of proper functional movement. Do you want functional strength? Can you afford to stay apprehensive in the face of such great challenge and such potential of a huge payoff? What&#8217;s your pain point?</p>

We program for weight loss, strength, endurance training, sports training, kid strength training, boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai Kickboxing, gymnastics and self defense.</p>

<p>A little background on the picture. Fredson Paixao is a 4 time Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu World Champ and a 9 time Brazilian National Champ. He is 10 and 4 in mixed martial arts. He is a very good instructor. I hurt all over&#8230; See you soon professor!</p>
