CrossFit is exercise –good exercise. This is conditioning and fitness with a purpose. Classes are coached, workouts are scripted, and the science of human physiology is apparent in every functional skill that CrossFit teaches.

Give yourself a good look. Can you do the stuff of an active physical life? Can you see your toes without a mirror? Do you have functional strength?

Be honest here. Real honest my friend. Are you willing to spend a few minutes of your precious time each and every week to burn thousands of calories? Can you see yourself building lean muscle that forever alters body composition? Can you imagine yourself hitting the ten points of CrossFit that we train and practice in order to build our bodies and our minds to accomplish the myriad of life’s complex tasks?

Does that sound like a big bite to chew on? Are you intimidated by the Workout of the Day or the word weightlifting? Do sit-ups and push-ups bring you back to those sweaty group exercises in PE class? Think about this. Sometimes the difference between a good margarita and a lousy margarita is the bartender… Maybe you need a fresh mix!
