Broaden Your Training

If your vision of CrossFit is strength you are partly correct. A broad general athletic training however leaves plenty of room for specific training in any sport. I’ll take Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. The movements trained are unique to CrossFit. And there is the mental challenge… Don’t forget that.
