Get involved in training. It’s time to join in instead of just spectate. Bring your kids to the gym where we can assist them to get ready for their favorite sport or simply general physical readiness.
Adults! Don’t let any more time pass you by in your sedentary lives. Driving a car, going to the grocery store, running errands and making excuses for not working out in any fashion is in itself a lifestyle. It’s not the training culture however.
If you are intimidated by health clubs, have no idea what to do for yourself or where to begin, now is the time to talk to a friendly coach. You can get started and you can succeed at physical training.
This is CrossFit. This is training. This is what we do.

For those of you who need some excitement join the world of training for a purpose. Strength and conditionig isn’t a business, it’s a science.
All we do at the gym -resistance, pliometrics, gymnastics, body weight exercise… is designed to build your core strength, increase your endurance and bring out your functional and athletic prowess. Ask someone who trains for real. What did it take them to get to the gym to work on their goals? And how do they feel about themselves now that they have taken the steps necessary to break out of the mold?
Test yourself. Turn up the heat! -Coach coach@crossfitclassic.com
